We offer a full range of services, from medical, non-medical (non-medical available in most areas), to multiple options, so that care can be offered from a single hour to 24 hours a day, all year round, with no required minimum number of visits. For further flexibility, we typically need only 24-48 hours to set a schedule. The schedule can be changed at any time to maintain the right amount of assistance at any given time for changing conditions or situations irrespective of the level of assistance.
Our services are performed by CNAs and RNs, depending on the necessity and level of care. Primecare Network & Medical Supplies employees read, write, and speak English. They have passed extensive background checks and are also subjected to extensive reference checks and qualification/license and certification verification process to ensure that our clients have the best caregivers in North Carolina. They are CPR certified and undergo annual TB testing and physical examinations. All of our staff are also required to participate in various ongoing training to satisfy their conditions of employment and all state and federal rules, regulations, and laws.
We also supervise our employees to monitor their professionalism and the quality of care they provide. The care provided by our employee offers protection to the client, which is one of the advantages of receiving care from a licensed agency, aside from the unwavering support of our office staff.
